Before and after an abandoned fishing net removal
These nets are killers as long as they are covering the reef. We use scissors to remove it which are much more gentle to Corals than knifes. 30mx10m
These are the Projects where the income of the NFTs sold Photographs go to! #NFTCommunity #nftphotography Fishers fish to close to a reef cause of larger catches and often nets get caught in branching corals. Fishers will cut it off on the surface and abandon it. It is cheaper to buy a new one.
Unfortunately the destruction on the reef has then started and will remain a killer until we remove it.
